It has been great to see lots of happy, smiling faces at both Shireland Collegiate Academy and Thorns Collegiate Academy this morning as Year 11s came in to collect their GCSE results. We’re very proud of what everyone has achieved in what has been another difficult year. Congratulations and well done to you all!

“I am immensely proud of our Year 11 cohort. They have worked incredibly hard and responded maturely and positively to the many changes that they have had to face during these last two years. It is a testament to the positive relationships that students and staff have at Shireland that we have had such great results this year. I look forward to welcoming many of our students back to Shireland in September as they start their 6th Form journey.
