With many students struggling with both their mental and physical well being this is an amazing opportunity available for students aged 10+
Jamie Peacock (Former Champion rugby League Player) has teamed up with SAS (School advisory service) to start a 30 day Pupil wellbeing Challenge Programme.
This programme has been created with helpful resources to help empower young people to look after their mental and physical wellbeing, by looking at the four areas of wellbeing:
- Positive Mindset
- Sleeping Well
- Physical Activity
- Eating Healthy
Jamie will introduce the 30 day challenge during a webinar session on Tuesday 12th January where he will discuss his experience and how looking after his wellbeing has helped him become a champion.
Students how become apart of the programme will also receive a FREE! Downloadable copy of his book. (Normally £24.99) which can help the students track their progress.
THE INTRODUCTORY SESSION IS LIMITED! If there is a significant demand there may be future session but at the moment there is only one. So sign up as soon as possible.
Again this is a really good opportunity and is FREE to all students and will be an amazing resource not just for students but parents/guardians as well.
