A Trustee plays a pivotal role in providing support and challenge to executive leaders within our MAT (Multi Academy Trust). Your guidance and expertise are instrumental in shaping the future of the Trust and improving the prospects of both current and future learners.

Skills and experience:

We are actively searching for Trustees who demonstrate a profound dedication to education. While we highly value individuals with expertise in finance and HR, we also encourage applications from individuals who have backgrounds in operations and data, education etc. and who have a genuine desire to contribute to the success of our Trust. Your passion for education and willingness to make a difference are equally important to us.

Regardless of prior experience as a Trustee, our Central Governance Team provides comprehensive support through an established training plan, including a thorough induction program. Additionally, new Trustees will have access to external resources such as the NGA (National Governors Association), ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to fulfil their role effectively.
