Judith was educated in Sandwell and straight from college joined West Midlands Police. This has led to a career spanning 28 years in departments dealing with administration and finance, community engagement and partnership working and now in the area of offender management and rehabilitation.
She is a person who is keen to challenge existing practices to develop new or improved ways of working to improve and take organisations forward. Judith’s knowledge has been used on many occasions within West Midlands Police and this has provided guidance for good practice across the force area.
Judith is interested in provisions for children with special educational needs and providing children with the best start in their educational journey. Ensuring children have an engaging curriculum that enables everyone to achieve their best is also important to her.
