Tinywoods preschool is situated on the site at Lightwoods Primary Academy. With a registered capacity for 64 children aged 3-4 years, Tinywoods provides accessible pre-school education for children and families of the local community.
Our curriculum aims to meet the individual developmental needs of each child, promoting play-based learning experiences that build on their knowledge and skills; fostering a love of learning that will stay with them as they grow and prepare them for primary school.
We offer full time & part time childcare and education during term time.
The nursery is open Monday to Friday 8:00 – 5:30 pm for children ages 3-4.
You are entitled to 15 Nursery Education Funding (NEF) funded hours to be taken between 9:00 – 12:00 pm or 12:30 – 3:30 pm.
You may be entitled to 30 hours’ free childcare.
